JUMPING TEAM CHEF D'EQUIPE
Hans Horn is one of the most recognizable coaches and managers in the equestrian industry.
He has successfully trained the Dutch, Swedish, and Italian teams over the years, leading them to numerous victories and several Olympic performances.
He was also the former trainer of many famous and successful Dutch riders, including Jeroen himself.
Hans has accompanied the team riders since 2019.
JUMPING TEAM TRAINER
Jeroen is the only rider in the world who holds the three most significant titles in the world of equestrian sports - Olympic Champion (Sydney 2000) World Champion (Caen, France 2014), and European Champion (Aachen, Germany 2016).
He has been Dutch Champion twice and has been a vital member of the Dutch National Team for many years. His other successes also include three team gold medals in the World Championships (2006, 2014, and 2015) and two European Championships (2007, 2015).
Jeroen Joined the team in 2019 and works with Chef d’Equipe Hans Hors with our team riders towards Tokyo 2021.
DRESSAGE TEAM CHEF D'EQUIPE
Oded Shimoni is considered a dressage master. He began his riding career in a public park in Tel Aviv, wearing jeans and sneakers. Subsequently, he developed into an international rider based in the US.
Oded represented Israel in three World Equestrian Games and two European championships. He was also qualified with two horses for the Olympic Games but was unable to attend due to technical difficulties. His first European championship was in the Netherlands.
Eighteen years later, he is now the coach for Israeli dressage team riders Micah Deligdish and Eyal Zlatin.
In 2020 the Israeli Dressage Team had its debut in the FEI Nations Cup at the Global Dressage Festival in Wellington, with Oded as Team Chef d’Equipe.
IEF president, Ken Lalo, is a horseman, a sports fan, an attorney, and a successful businessman.
Ken Lalo has also served as Chair of the FEI Tribunal (1999-2011), FEI Bureau Member (1999 – 2007), is an FEI Honorary Bureau Member, and is also an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
At the end of 2020, he was appointed as Chair of the FEI Atypical Findings Panel.

JUMPING TEAM VETRINARIAN
Dr. Jonathan Allen was born in Massachusetts and attended the University of the Philippines College of Veterinary Medicine and completed his junior clinical rotations at the University of Melbourne College of Veterinary Medicine and his senior clinical rotations at the University of Sydney College of Veterinary Medicine.
From 1986 to the present, he has practiced veterinary medicine as the owner of Allen Equine.
Dr. Allen currently works between the South Florida Thoroughbred racetracks and Sport horses in Wellington. Also, he attends all of the Thoroughbred sales in Florida, Kentucky, and Maryland. He specializes in Equine Sports medicine and lameness diagnosis.
